After that we screen our network and the market for suitable candidates. We then validate these candidates for the specific vacancy in a personal interview. We only present those candidates to our clients who fit the criteria and are willing to change their job.

This ensures that our clients only receive committed and suitable candidates for internal validation and can directly start with the interview process.
